Em caso de lit\u00edgio de consumo, e nos termos do artigo 18.\u00ba da Lei n.\u00ba 144\/2015, de 8 de setembro, informamos que o consumidor pode recorrer a uma entidade de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa de lit\u00edgios de consumo.<\/p>\n
CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo<\/strong> Consoante o valor e a natureza do lit\u00edgio, poder\u00e1 igualmente ser competente o centro de arbitragem de conflitos de consumo da \u00e1rea da resid\u00eancia do consumidor. A lista completa e atualizada das entidades RAL registadas encontra-se dispon\u00edvel junto da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o-Geral do Consumidor, em www.consumidor.gov.pt<\/a>.<\/p>\n A plataforma europeia de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Lit\u00edgios em Linha (ODR), anteriormente dispon\u00edvel em ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr, cessou a sua atividade a 20 de julho de 2025<\/strong>, ao abrigo do Regulamento (UE) 2024\/3228. As refer\u00eancias a essa plataforma deixaram de ter efeito. Os consumidores devem recorrer \u00e0s entidades RAL nacionais indicadas acima ou ao Livro de Reclama\u00e7\u00f5es eletr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n A ades\u00e3o a um centro de arbitragem n\u00e3o prejudica o direito do consumidor de recorrer aos tribunais judiciais competentes.<\/p>\n In the event of a consumer dispute, and under Article 18 of Portuguese Law 144\/2015 of 8 September, consumers may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body.<\/p>\n The competent body is CNIACC — the Portuguese National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes<\/strong>, which has national jurisdiction over consumer disputes not covered by a regional arbitration centre: www.cniacc.pt<\/a>. Depending on the value and nature of the dispute, the arbitration centre for the consumer’s area of residence may also be competent.
