Extravio, atraso ou dano<\/h3>\n

Delivery times and conditions<\/h2>\n

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Personalised<\/strong> orders (name, number, patches) need a further 2 to 5 business days.<\/p>\n

Estimated transit times after dispatch: mainland Portugal 3–8 business days; Azores and Madeira 5–12; Spain and the rest of the EU 5–15; United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of Europe 7–20; United States and Canada 7–20; rest of the world 10–25. These are working estimates and exclude preparation time. Delays may occur for reasons outside our control, such as strikes, weather, peak periods or customs holds.<\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days<\/strong> from conclusion of the contract, as required by law. If we miss that deadline you may set an additional reasonable period and, if that is not met either, terminate the contract with a full refund.<\/p>\n
