At AstroJerseys, we ship worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We offer worldwide shipping, including Europe, the United States, Canada, and most other countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@astrojerseys.com and we will do our best to help.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized items (with a custom name and number) may require additional processing time, as each piece is made specifically for you.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order at any time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, postal delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking your order

You can track your order at any time using the Seguir a Encomenda page on our website, with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be charged by your country's authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If your order does not arrive

We want every customer to receive their order. If your order has not arrived within 30 days (1 month) of dispatch, please contact us at hello@astrojerseys.com. If we are unable to locate or deliver your order, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@astrojerseys.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost, and include a discount on your next order as an apology for the inconvenience.
