All prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable discounts. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to cancel an order in the event of an obvious mistake. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers.
4. Personalized products
Some items can be personalized with a custom name and number. Because these are made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Our policy is as follows:
- We do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your size and product carefully before ordering — our Size Guide is available on each product page.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: if your item arrives with a problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost and include a discount on your next order.
- Orders that do not arrive: if your order has not arrived within 30 days (1 month) of dispatch, we will issue a full refund.
